6. Original ideas, strong arguments, and professional writing We will not reprint anything that has already been published.
7. The tone and writing style should be conversational.
8. H1, H2, and H3 title tags should be correctly formatted.
9. Links to your research or case studies that validate the facts in your blog should be used to back up your statements.
10. Free of plagiarism
11. Word count limited to 1500 words. We recommend minimum word count of 800 words.
12. A maximum of 2 personal/brand links will be allowed. Data sources used in the content can be linked additionally.
13. API Styleguide to be referred to in case of formatting.
14. Articles to be in English(US) with proper grammar and sentence structure.
15. Content must be written by human, we do not accept AI written content.
16. Try not to link to our competitors.
17. Mailmodo retains the right to remove any links (only if they are spammy or part of a commercial arrangement or black hat) or change the rel tag to no-follow for the same.
18. Mailmodo also retains the right to add internal links in the content for SERP improvements.
19. We will credit the authors by publishing their names, designations, a brief bio and a headshot if preferred. If available, we can also link the author to their LinkedIn/Twitter profiles. Example is below

4. Once we approve, write and send up the draft.
5. We will publish your content within 10-15 business days.
6. We will share a URL once the article is live on our blog. We encourage you to share the article with your audience and engage readers in the comment discussions.
